MANAGING DIRECTOR, ZAMBARTAS WINERY Marcos Zambartas is the Owner and Managing Director of Zambartas Winery, a 15-strong SME based in rural Limassol. It is a medium-sized winery founded in 2005. After completing his Chemistry degree at Imperial College and his Oenology degree in Adelaide University, Marcos joined the family company as the Winemaker. In 2014, he succeeded his father in the management of the winery. Today, Marcos oversees all operations, sets the strategy and goals of the winery, and is responsible for implementing its growth process. He is the winery’s ‘face’ in marketing activities and maintains the relationships with suppliers and distributors locally and abroad.
